Life isn’t always rosy—and neither is poetry. Rosy-Cheeked embraces both the thorn and the bloom. This collection holds a delicate lens to family history, sits with the quiet ache of mental-health struggles, navigates the ever-shifting relationship with one’s body, and roots itself deeply in nature. Rosy-Cheeked lingers; it reminds us to breathe, to observe, and to gather life’s fleeting moments like petals in our palms. Growth may not be graceful, but even in life’s harshest seasons, there is always something worth treasuring. Unyielding and flowering, Rosy-Cheeked is an ode to the ones who stop and smell the roses.

What if liking is its own kind of love?
I like you, like you is the tender in-between—the moment when you want someone but aren’t sure if it’s love. It’s about leaning in when hearts are only half-sure. The collection showcases the unpolished truths of early connection: the white lies we tell to seem cooler than we are, the dizzy rush of infatuation that feels like forever (but might end by next Tuesday), and the moments when you realize you’ve revealed more than you meant to. It’s about liking someone—sometimes even after it’s over, sometimes regretting that you ever did, and sometimes, if you’re lucky, liking them forever. Because sometimes, just liking someone is its own story.
